About Me
I have started off young building my love for media and broadcasting ever since I saw my first Broadway show at just four years old. Growing up performing in plays and musicals, I always knew that working for the media and production industry was set for my future. I believe that storytelling via digital media provides countless opportunities to contribute to formulating a widespread and powerful culture for audiences all around. The community that digital storytellers create is something that is incredibly magical and that radiantly accentuates cultures in hometowns all the way across the world. Everyone has a story to tell, and I strive to show great enthusiasm and pride through my journalistic work in the future.
My Story
I am a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), having majored in Marketing with a certificate in Sports Management from the School of Business, and a Television/Broadcast Arts certificate from the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences. I am currently a Freelance Media Operations Associate at MLB & NHL Network, growing on my skills from my internship in 2024, where I worked on numerous projects that supported the production and media delivery process for MLB.com and NHL.com.
In Summer 2025, I was a Production Intern at SportsNet Pittsburgh, where I assisted in the broadcast of all Pittsburgh Pirates and Penguins games. From live game coverage to pre- and post-game shows, I contributed to delivering professional, engaging sports television to fans across the region. Prior to my internship at MLB Network in 2024, I was a Day Camp Counselor at Ramah Day Camp in Nyack, where I had the opportunity to serve as a role model for younger generations and create memorable experiences.
On campus, I served as the President for Alpha Epsilon Phi Nu Chapter for the 2024-2025 academic year, overseeing 160 members and working to create a strong and positive sorority environment. I am also a proud member of Phi Beta Lambda, one of the University of Pittsburgh's professional business organizations, where I attend service, networking, and professional development events to gain a deeper understanding of business.
I have also been fortunate enough to participate in two seasons of "Pitt to the Point," the university's live, one-hour news magazine program, airing every Friday on the University of Pittsburgh's Youtube channel and KDKA-CBSN and CBS-Philadelphia every Saturday. I took on a variety of roles including News Director, Anchor, Pitt & City Sports Reporter, Digital Content Producer, and much more, truly developing my skills in the news industry through niche, hands-on experience.
Growing up, I loved to stay active. I was a three-season athlete, and while I did not make it to play in the collegiate level, I currently strive to further my passion for sports through digital storytelling. Through sideline reporting and delivering studio stand-ups about the current age of sports, I have combined my competitiveness with my outspoken energy to build new skills and knowledge on and off the field.
